CEEPUS Summer School!

Today was an amazing day that combined the fascinating world of food with some really thought-provoking debates.
The morning kicked off with a captivating Molecular Cuisine Show, where they got to see the science behind culinary creations. This was followed by a lively Thematic Debate, allowing them to delve deeper into food-related topics.
The afternoon session focused on the ‚Intricate triangle among Mediterranean diet’s foraging, human ecology and taste’. This workshop likely offered valuable insights into the complex relationship between food, culture, and our environment.
To cap off a truly enriching day, the participants attended an official gala dinner, a fitting end to their day filled with learning and engagement.
