Dear students,
We’ve already discussed our collaboration with the Istituto Italiano Cultura di Varsavia. The School of Medical and Health Sciences would like you to continue exploring the projects and events they organize, and therefore, shares another exciting opportunity with you.
The Academy has introduced an eight-chapter course titled „Guardians of the Italian Enogastronomic Culture.” This course delves deeper into the cultural infrastructure that enables the symbiotic relationship between the agricultural roots of Italian cuisine, the uniqueness of Made in Italy agri-food products, the universal value of the Mediterranean diet, and the sustainable transition of eating habits.
This course is an excellent opportunity for anyone studying at universities, cooking and hospitality schools, or working in the broader world of food experts and related services.
The course lasts 15 hours and will be conducted on an asynchronous digital platform with cross-language content (Italian, English, Spanish, and Japanese), accessible from any device.
Make sure you register for the course by clicking on the link to the website below.
