Meeting of the Welcome office Team!

Dear students,

Yesterday we had a big pleasure of having a meeting as a whole Welcome Office Team. After such a long time apart, it was truly special to come together again with our amazing international family of volunteers at the Welcome Office.

Reflecting on the success of Welcome Month projects such as Welcome Day, Discover Warsaw, Orientation Day, Help Desk, English Speaking Club and our brand new PolishUp Club not only reminded us of the extraordinary role each of you played, but also allowed us to start preparing these projects for next semester for our newcomers and the rest of our students who are interested in becoming an active part of our community. All of this makes our university a welcoming place for all. Your efforts, your kindness and your spirit of togetherness create ripples of positivity not only here, but wherever you go.

During the meeting, we had the pleasure of sharing stories, laughter, and memories that remind us of the remarkable work we’ve done together. It was a powerful reminder of how unique and special you all are – as individuals and as part of this wonderful community.You make a difference everywhere you go, and we are so grateful for all that you do.

Thank you for your time, dedication, and energy, and for making our university and the Welcome Office such an extraordinary place to be. Let’s carry this spirit forward into the future – to more projects, more moments of connection, and even more success together.
