Step by step
After a candidate has completed the online application process via https://vizja.pl/ and attached all required documents, the following steps are required:
Verify if your documents necessitate legalization or translation. This is vital to prevent the need for re-submission. You can find this information on the UEHS website or by reaching out via email to enrollment@vizja.pl. Remember, all documents must be in their original form, as the University needs to authenticate their compatibility with the originals.
Our integration events start a prior to the beginning of classes and we encourage everyone to come early to take part.
Upon arrival, purchase a City card (“Karta Miejska”) and a Sim-card for your phone.
Submitting all original documents to the Admission Office and signing the contract on the 6th floor in room 603 will be the next step. Additionally, make sure to connect your Polish phone number and upload/check your photo to/on the ADMISSION EXTRANET. Failing to complete these steps will result in the inability to obtain your student ID.
Within 72 hours after you have completed you will gain access to your STUDENT EXTRANET and SIS, where you will be able to see your schedule.
Participate in the Welcome Month organized by the Welcome Office. During the entire month newcomers will be offered a valuable opportunity to connect with fellow students and gain insights that can help smoothly transition into student life of our university.
