We are organizing medical examinations for foreign students of all faculties. Certificates are needed for full enrolment documentation and the issue of your album number.

That's why we want to help you to receive your documents quickly. We are organizing examination and issuing of certificates at the university. The doctor has a duty on Fridays between 9.00-17.00 in room 240 on the second floor.

You need to register for examination on the list. You can proceed with the registration in the Welcome Office and the Promotion Department in room 248 on the 2nd floor, daily from 9:00 to 16:00.

We invite you to register. You will not have to go to a doctor's surgery and you will receive the certificate right after the examination. The cost of the examination is also lower than in the surgery and it costs PLN 80. The payment for the examination is due to be paid on the spot. You will need a passport number and home address.
