If you are an active, responsible person, who is keen to help and wants to make new valuable friends, we invite you to join our team of Welcome Office volunteers. We are an international group of volunteers, whose aim is to help our English-speaking colleagues find themselves on our University as well as in Poland. Putting most of our plans into practice usually requires a lot of time and a few extra pairs of hands to help. That is why new faces are always welcome in our team.

As a volunteer, you will be expected to:
- focus on every student's problem individually
- deliver practical information in regards to University, public transportation, city events etc.
- help with obtaining essential information on the university (applications, student ID)
- offer support with getting insurance, residence card, as well as finding accommodation
- help with organising various events
- be available via e-mail and/ or telephone
